Why WVU Medicine: One of the biggest factors that drew me to WVU was the incredible sense of support I felt from the very beginning. The minute I met the residency program director and residency program coordinator, I could immediately sense their genuine enthusiasm for the program and their commitment to helping residents succeed. Their investment in resident growth and well-being was evident, and it reassured me that I would be joining a program that truly values its trainees both professionally and personally.
