Why WVU Medicine: What first drew me to WVU Medicine was the variety of clinical opportunities available at this institution. From the specialized critical care units to the oncology rotations available, I knew that this program would foster great clinical skills. What sold me on the program was the support system! From the start of interview day, I felt so welcomed and supported by all of the preceptors and residents. Residency will be a difficult year, and it was important to me that I was at a program with preceptors who valued our growth as residents. Happy to say that is the reality here!
