Why WVU Medicine: I chose to complete my PGY2 in Infectious Diseases at WVU Medicine because of its supportive culture, strong mentorship, and diverse learning opportunities. I was excited to partake in the global health experience in South Africa, which offers a unique opportunity to broaden my perspective on infectious diseases and patient care in a resource-limited setting.
