Tyler S. Davis, PharmD, is a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Resident at West Virginia University School of Pharmacy. He is a 2019 graduate of Ohio Northern University’s Raabe School of Pharmacy in Ada, OH. His current practice site is Kroger Pharmacy in Morgantown, WV. At his practice site at Kroger Pharmacy he focuses on medication therapy management, pharmacy management, diabetes management, and leads a diabetes prevention class for the patients of Kroger Pharmacy. He also focuses on teaching pharmacy students at West Virginia University and will complete the School of Pharmacy’s Teaching Certificate Program upon completion of the PGY1 Community Residency.
