Christopher J. Hartman, PharmD, is a PGY1 Community Pharmacy Resident at West Virginia University School of Pharmacy. He is a 2019 graduate of Wilkes University School of Pharmacy, Wilkes-Barre, PA and his current practice site is Moundsville Pharmacy in Moundsville, WV. At his practice site at Moundsville Pharmacy he focuses on diabetes management, medication therapy management, immunization services, and medication adherence packaging services. He also focuses on teaching pharmacy students at his practice site, and will complete the School of Pharmacy’s Teaching Certificate Program upon completion of the PGY1 Community Residency.
