The WVU School of Pharmacy prepares pharmacists for evidence-based practices through the following residency programs that require a research experience.
PGY1/2: Residents are based at Ruby Memorial Hospital which is adjacent to the WVU School of Pharmacy. Residents perform a Drug Utilization Evaluation project, as well as an original research project that is presented at the annual Eastern States Pharmacy Residents and Preceptors meeting.
