This innovative program offers students hands-on experience bridging academia and industry, preparing them for impactful careers in research, government, and the private sector. The WVU School of Pharmacy and AESARA propose a 1.5–2-year pre-doctoral fellowship to train PhD candidates in applied health outcomes research, preparing them for careers in academia, consulting, or the pharmaceutical industry. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in HEOR/MA consulting, strategic thinking, and real-world evidence studies while working virtually with AESARA and collaborating on projects for global pharmaceutical companies.

Fellows will split time between WVU and AESARA.
