I chose to continue my pharmacy training at WVU Medicine due to the impressive pharmacy infrastructure and mutual respect among medical disciplines. Our pharmacy department is highly motivated and trail blazes opportunities for quality patient care. I appreciate the preceptors at WVU Medicine who have invested in me by supporting academic growth, well-being, and professional development. Furthermore, the opportunity to positively influence health disparities among cancer patients within a large health system allows me to impact a diverse patient population while maturing as a pharmacist.
