Why WVU Medicine: I chose WVU Medicine for its exceptional learning opportunities within an academic medical center and its culture of collaboration. Pursuing a field in pharmacy oncology, I knew this program would challenge me to think critically, expand my clinical knowledge, and refine my skills to provide optimal patient care. The preceptors are not only experts in their fields but are also genuinely invested in my professional and personal growth. WVU Medicine’s diverse patient population and breadth of oncology rotations allow me to tailor my training toward my areas of interest while gaining valuable exposure across the spectrum of oncology care. I am excited to be part of the oncology team and spending more time around Morgantown!
