Why WVU Medicine: As an academic medical center in a rural area, WVU Medicine cares for patients across multiple states with many diverse needs. There are countless opportunities for pharmacists to make a positive impact on the health of each patient. I appreciate that the pharmacy residency program offers a broad range of experiences in different practice settings led by preceptors who are eager to support my growth as an independent practitioner. I am very thankful for this opportunity and cannot wait for this next year in Morgantown!
