US News and World Report released its "Best Pharmacy School" rankings for 2020 and the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy made the list. The School of Pharmacy climbed five spots from its previous position at #36 to #31. The publication ranked 134 schools and programs offering Doctor of Pharmacy degrees accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education out of the 144 Schools associated with the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP). Each school's score reflects its average rating on a scale from 1 (marginal) to 5 (outstanding), based on a survey of academics at peer institutions.
