MORGANTOWN, W.Va. —Charles Ponte, Pharm.D., of the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy, was appointed to the editorial board of Pharmacotherapy, the official journal of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP).
The editorial board is responsible for screening submitted articles, securing new articles and supplements, serving as article reviewers and writing articles in order to produce a high-quality scientific publication.
Ponte is a professor in the Departments of Clinical Pharmacy and Family Medicine. His clinical practice interest focuses on providing pharmaceutical care services to patients primarily in the in-patient hospital and clinical settings, and his research interests include diabetes education and management, gynecologic infections and pain management.
