ITS has made a new share drive available to all SoP faculty which will allow files to be shared between their office computer and classroom computers. ClassRoomFiles, typically mapped as X: drive, functions the same as the user’s H: drive but is fully available from both the classroom and HSC office computers. The X: drive will eliminate the need to copy files to a USB flash drive when teaching in the classroom. To access the drive, open the File Explorer and each faculty will see the ClassRoomFiles folder in the left folder pane. See below highlighted in yellow.
