As a friendly reminder, all University faculty and non-classified staff must complete an annual disclosure form detailing their outside consulting arrangements undertaken during the past fiscal year (July 1 to June 30), in accordance with the provisions of WVU Board of Governors (BOG) Governance Rule 1.4 – Ethics, Conflict of Interest and Outside Consulting.
Please complete form by Friday, August 30th and submit to Angie Frame in the SoP Dean’s Office.
