One of the components of the WVU School of Pharmacy's centennial celebration is the development of the Inaugural Hall of Fame. As we looked at the 3,500+ graduates of the School, the tradition of excellence and tremendous accomplishments of our alumni quickly became apparent.
The School’s Visiting Committee assisted in developing criteria for nominations and inclusion for the Hall of Fame. The selection criteria are:
- The candidate’s pharmacy career and/or accomplishments in healthcare are deemed truly outstanding, demonstrating sustained and meritorious contributions to the pharmacy profession, West Virginia University, the WVU School of Pharmacy, or the health care society at large.
The Centennial Hall of Fame consists of alumni from the last 100 years who are of the high level of excellence that WVU School of Pharmacy graduates possess. This list is not to be considered all-inclusive, but rather designed to showcase some of the School’s outstanding graduates.
The School sends its congratulations to its Inaugural Hall of Fame members.
