Why WVU Medicine: I chose to pursue a residency at WVU Medicine for two main reasons: the culture and the opportunity. From the application process onward, the supportive and collaborative culture within the institution was evident. Residents are not only supported professionally by the pharmacy staff but are also valued personally, with a genuine focus on well-being and growth. WVU Medicine provides extensive opportunities for learning, development, and professional involvement in an environment designed to foster advancement for both the resident and the institution. This program offers the unique chance to grow alongside a health system that is continuously evolving.
