About Us

For your Health Tailored Information for Patients (HTIP)is a service developed by the West Virginia Center for Drug and Health Information (WV CDHI). The WV CDHI is a statewide drug and health information service provided through the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy. The WV CDHI has been serving West Virginia for over 30 years.

The HTip project helps patients find high quality reliable health and medical information on the Internet that is tailored to the needs of the patient. When a patient requests information from HTip, the WV CDHI will e-mail the patient direct links to excellent web sites that contain the desired information. This allows patients to go directly to reliable web sites to learn more about keeping healthy.
