Improving our Community’s Health
The WVU School of Pharmacy Health Education Center provides a hands-on approach to teaching our student pharmacists about their future role in health promotion, disease prevention, and general patient health and wellness. The Center prepares our students to provide wellness education and patient care services, such as blood glucose testing, blood pressure screenings, cholesterol screenings, and bone density screenings, that will help improve the health of our citizens.
