Why WVU Medicine: I chose WVU Medicine because of the vast number of unique clinical and learning opportunities within a large academic medical center. The preceptors and residents are extremely welcoming and always have your best interest at heart. WVU is a very pharmacy-friendly insitution that allows pharmacy residents to truly make a difference in the West Virginia community. Being from out of state, the pharmacy department here is very kind and makes me feel at home :). I am extremely grateful to be apart of an amazing and well-rounded residency program and can't wait to spend the next year here in Morgantown!
