WVU Medicine has been nominated for several categories in Morgantown magazine’s annual "Best of Morgantown" awards.
WVU Medicine clinics nominated are:
- “Best Dermatology Office”: WVU Medicine Dermatology
- “Best Health Clinic”: WVU Medicine Cheat Lake Physicians
- “Best Ob/Gyn Clinic”: WVU Medicine Cheat Lake Physicians
- “Best Pediatric Clinic”: WVU Medicine Cheat Lake Physicians
Also, included in the category of “Best Local Fundraising Event” are the WVU Medicine Children's Gala and the WVU Medicine Morgantown Marathon for Operation Welcome Home.
Voting runs through Dec. 10 at 11:45 p.m. and can be accessed here.
Morgantown magazine started "Best of Morgantown" in 2011 to let its readers recognize and celebrate the excellent dining, shopping, and services that make Morgantown a great place to live. It awarded the winners for the first time in 2012, and the competition has since grown to 101 categories.
