Welcome to the School of Pharmacy's Commencement page. On behalf of Dean William Petros, the faculty and staff of the School, we look forward to celebrating this milestone with you, your family and friends.

When and where is the Commencement ceremony?
The WVU School of Pharmacy Commencement ceremony will take place Saturday, May 12 at Noon. The ceremony will be at the WVU Creative Arts Center (CAC). All students are to arrive at 11:00 a.m. Graduates are to wear regalia and report for lineup in the Gladys G. Davis Theatre. The ceremony will be in the Lyell B. Clay Concert Theatre. *Note, guests will not be seated until 11:30 a.m.

Where should I park?
Free parking will be available at the WVU Creative Arts Center (CAC). If the lots become full, you will be directed to overflow parking in Short Term Lots 1 and 9, and Areas 51 and 56 beyond the Creative Arts Center on the Evansdale campus. There will be parking staff, and University Police officers stationed to help get you where you need to go. Contact WVU Transportation and Parking for more information.

What lodging is available?
Both the WVU Visitors Center and the Greater Morgantown WV Convention and Visitors Bureau maintain listings of local Morgantown lodging options. Because rooms in Morgantown fill quickly during graduation, the following organizations may be contacted to recommend other nearby lodging:

Will there be a professional photographer at the ceremony?
GradImages is the official photographer for Commencement. A professional photographer will take individual pictures of each graduate as they receive his/her diploma. Each graduate will receive a free passport-sized digital proof of this photograph on an order card following the ceremony, along with instructions on how to order photos. To ensure the flow of the ceremony and the safety of our graduates and guests, personal photos taken by the stage during the ceremony are not permitted. There will be designated areas with WVU School of Pharmacy backdrops that will be available following the ceremony for personal photography.

What is the recommended attire?
All graduates must be in full regalia (tam, gown, tassel with hood) for Commencement. Pharm.D. hoods will be distributed at P4 Day. For more information about regaliahttp://graduation.wvu.edu/attire

Will there be a live a livestream of the ceremony?
